Coffee Catering Services
Luxury coffee hospitality, brought to your venue
We partner with organizations, brands and hosts to create the moment guests remember — meticulous preparation, gracious service, and coffee worth queueing for.
Corporate Events
Employee appreciation days, all-hands mornings, client meetings and office moves. A working espresso bar that gets a real queue talking.
Brand Activations
Retail openings, pop-ups and press days. Custom cups and a wrapped cart turn a coffee line into the part of your launch people photograph.
Weddings
Cocktail hour, late in the reception, or the morning after. Handcrafted espresso served with the care the rest of your day was planned with.
Conferences
Booth service that draws a crowd and keeps them standing at your stand long enough to have the conversation you came for.
Private Events
Milestone birthdays, showers and family gatherings where you want your guests looked after rather than left to help themselves.
Campus & Venue Events
Rutgers, Montclair State, Seton Hall and the arenas around them. Setups sized to the footprint and the power a venue can actually give you.
The Experience
What comes with the cart
Every booking is a complete service, not a rental. The equipment, the people and the care are all part of it.
A Full Espresso Bar
A commercial setup pulling espresso, americanos, cortados, cappuccinos and lattes, hot or iced, for as long as the service runs.
Professional Baristas
Trained baristas who greet every guest, work a queue without rushing anyone, and leave the space exactly as they found it.
Whole & Oat Milk
Both come standard with every service. Tell us what else your guests need and it gets built into the quote.
Setup & Breakdown
We arrive early, work from a 6ft by 6ft footprint and one dedicated 15-amp circuit, and clear out without leaving a trace.
Make It Yours
Customize the whole thing
The cart can carry your branding as completely as you want it to — from the menu your guests read to the foam on top of the drink.
Tailor-Made Menus
A menu written for your event — seasonal drinks, a signature for the couple, or a flavour that matches the brand.
Custom Cups & Sleeves
Your logo, monogram or artwork printed on the cups and sleeves your guests carry around all night.
Latte Art Printer
Any design printed straight onto the foam. Logos, monograms, a photo — the drink people stop to photograph before they drink it.
Custom Espresso Bar
The cart fully wrapped in your branding or your colours, so the bar reads as yours rather than ours.
How Booking Works
Six steps, no guesswork
You'll know what's happening at every stage, and you'll hear from the person who will actually be behind the bar on the day.
01
Check the date
Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count through the quote form. We'll confirm availability before anything else.
02
Shape the service
We talk through the menu, the branding, the footprint and how long the bar should run for.
03
Get it in writing
A written quote comes back from Mike with everything itemised. No package you have to decode.
04
Hold the date
A deposit on the invoice puts the cart in the calendar and takes the date off the board.
05
Lock the logistics
A follow-up covers load-in, power, timing and the venue contact, so nothing is being worked out on the day.
06
Serve
The balance is settled a week ahead. We arrive early, set up quietly, and look after your guests.

About
Hospitality is the whole point
Barnabas Coffee Co. is an extension of my own values and views, all of which have taken decades to process and form. No matter the obstacles and challenges — past, present and future — my priority is to treat others as I would want to be treated myself.
I don't consider myself an expert in coffee or hospitality. I'm continually humbled and eagerly learning every day. What I can promise is that my customers and their guests will never get less than 100%.
— Mike Park, founder. Serving since July 2026.

FAQs
Common questions
Don't see yours? Email info@barnabascoffeeco.com and you'll get a straight answer.
How far do you travel?
We're proud to serve all of New Jersey, New York City and the Lower Hudson Valley, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Travel beyond 40 miles from the event destination carries an additional fee, including parking and tolls.
What customization can you do?
We offer a range of customization: custom branded cups, sleeves and menus, a fully wrapped espresso cart, and a latte printer that puts any design onto the foam.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for spring and fall dates. That said, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever availability allows.
Can you accommodate alternative milk preferences?
Absolutely. Whole and oat milk are provided with every service, and we're happy to discuss additional accommodations based on what your guests need.
What do you need to operate?
Our setup is designed to be flexible, and we'll recommend the ideal footprint once we know your venue and guest count. In most cases we need at least a 6ft by 6ft space for the cart and baristas, and each espresso bar requires one dedicated 15-amp circuit.
Book the cart
Tell us the date and the venue. You'll have a written quote back the same day, and a barista who treats your guests the way you would.
